When you register your business or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, and business details. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how our site is used to improve our services.

• To configure, verify, and monitor your VumaPlus account.
• To answer your questions and provide technical support.
• To send important service announcements and system updates.

How We Protect It

We treat your data with high confidentiality and security. We never sell your personal or business data to anyone.

User Data Deletion Request (GDPR Compliance)

VumaPlus respects your privacy and complies with user data protection regulations (including GDPR and Meta/Facebook policies). If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal data from VumaPlus, please follow these instructions:

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion

This is the fastest and automated way to delete your account and all associated data:

1. Open the VumaPlus app on your device.
2. Go to the Settings or Profile menu.
3. Select My Account.
4. Click the Delete Account button and confirm your decision. All your personal data will be immediately removed from our active systems.

Option 2: Manual Request via Email

If you cannot access the app or prefer to make a formal data deletion request:

1. Email our support desk at support@vumaplus.app or hello@vumaplus.app.
2. In the email subject line, write: "User Data Deletion Request".
3. Please include the following details in your email to help us verify your identity:
• Your Full Name.
• The Email Address associated with your VumaPlus account.
• The Phone Number associated with your account (if applicable).

What Data is Deleted?

Once your data deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered:

• Your profile details (Name, email address, phone number).
• All connected social media integrations (Instagram, Facebook Pages, TikTok, etc.) along with their OAuth access tokens.
• All scheduled posts, media drafts, and AI captions.
• AI chatbot triggers, comment auto-replies, and keyword automation rules.
• All bulk SMS transmission history logs and records.

Note: Certain wallet financial transaction logs may be retained for auditing purposes in accordance with local tax and financial laws, but will be completely anonymized.

Processing Time

All email deletion requests will be processed and completed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted.
